About Me
I bring 22 years of experience as a private landlord and have seen firsthand how quickly situations deteriorate due to miscommunication. Something as small as an accidental ALL-CAPS message can completely shift the tone of a landlord-tenant relationship.

There is a proper language and protocol when communicating with a landlord — and most tenants are never taught it. When emotions run high, especially when housing feels threatened, it’s easy to say the wrong thing or misread intent.

My role is to help you protect your home by communicating clearly, professionally, and strategically.

In my experience, tenants who communicate respectfully and effectively are far more likely to receive cooperation, accommodations, and fair treatment. When landlords feel respected and understood, they are less likely to deny requests, raise rent, or pursue eviction.

Initial Consultation
30–45 minutes — $99

Determine whether your situation fits within our program guidelines
Please bring:
Full name and contact information
Current address
Source of income
Government-issued ID with current address
Proof of income
Copy of lease agreement
Any written communication with your landlord

Follow-Up Appointments
60–90 minutes — $169
After reviewing your file, we will:
Discuss your perspective
Explore possible solutions
Develop a plan of action

Another follow-up appointment will be scheduled within 30 days to review progress, explore new issues or resolve the file. My services are an ongoing service available anytime you require assistance or information.
