We are looking for a FEMALE tenant for our basement suite. Semi Private unit on the lower level of our bungalow in Braeside SW.

Private- master bedroom with attached den/flex space (with a wall mounted electric fireplace) en suite washroom with a seperate shower and soaker tub all recently renovated. Private, fenced in patio/deck and fenced entrance.

Semi shared space- kitchenette is located in the same space as our laundry room so this portion is semi private (we use it for occasional laundry and storage) the kitchen equipment and appliances are solely yours to use. Rear entrance to the suite is shared as our back door to the yard.

Happy to book a virtual or in person tour, available June 1st. $1190 per month- un furnished. Pets are negotiated.
