Partial furnished room (bed, mattress, night stand and lamp) for rent in Clayton Park area (Halifax) for $1000 inclusive of internet.

-Female preferred, a little bit about myself, female working professional in my early 30s.
-Non smoking inside of house and looking for someone value the privacy of each other

-Single occupancy only

-Looking for a quiet and clean student/working person who is going to fit in and respect the very cleanly kept common spaces. Must be comfortable with cat. We will alternate the various chores.

-In unit Laundry.

-Absolutely no parties, no pets, non smoker

The damage deposit will be half the rent at $500 and must be paid to secure the room. Deposit is refunded on the day you move out provided there is no damage.

There's a bus stop a minute away from the apartment. Street parking is available.

All amenities are closed by, Costco, Sobeys, Bayer’s Lake, MSVU, Canada Game Center, Libra, etc.

It can be three months rent lease for start and we can talk about month to month after.
