I am seeking an Apartment for December to rent. I am a single professional male and want a long term rental between 1000 to 1800.

I thought I'd post in this category to find the right landlord!

Preferably I would like a full kitchen, private laundry, utilities inclusive, walkout basement or balcony with a spot to use a barbeque, and nicely renovated. Bachelor or 1 bedroom.

I have no pets and will need a parking space. I am Canadian born and raised, looking for a quality place to settle down in Aurora.
