Currently looking for a room to rent or sublet starting September 2024.
Hopefully rent from September to April but I am open to get into a year lease starting September 2024.

Looking for:
- Utilities included
- All females place and students preferably
- Quiet place and no partying
- Private room (not shared with anyone else)
- Would love if the room is furnitured
- Place near bus stops (4, 10, 24, or 29)

I am a quiet student — I mostly listen to music in low volume — and I am clean, usually out because I am mostly busy, and if I am in the place, I am mostly there to sleep or get some food.
