Recently bought & moved into an ocean side house. Ocean is in back yard just feet away. This is 4 bedroom house, 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the main bedroom is on the main level where personally reside. (bathroom on main level as well).

In this house is just myself, my 2 large dogs and possibly a retired sister will also move-in with her dog; however really not sure IF or even when she will come here.

Why rent free housemate?

The house needs lots of renovations and no longer have a vehicle. So am looking for a compatible housemate WITH A TRUCK who is patient and understanding enough to know that renovations will get done within my budget and time to do them, be a driver so can get regular shopping supplies but more so materials needed for the renovations, and just help out a bit. In return will provide a rent-free-exchange for helping.

This is temporary and could last up to a year as this would allow you to save up, or even just get out and away from whatever circumstances are presently dealing with or even just experience oceanside living.

Compatability is a must as would be living here with a possibly legally blind person should retired sister move here.
