The condo is right across from the street of the Londondery Mall (140 Ave. & 66 Street). Convenient but quite, the location is right in front of the mall.
The room (10’x12') is reasonably priced at $490 for the month. Security deposit is only $150.
And it is all-inclusive: gas, power, water, laundry, high speed internet are included.
Appliances in the house include: fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.
This is an alcohol-free, pot/drug-free, party-free, and pet-free environment. References of employment and former/current landlord are required.
