It is in Chappelle area. The apartment is almost new (1 year old), clean, smoke free and pet free. Heat and water is included in the rent.
It is large (about 990 square feet) and has two bath rooms. Washer and dryer are within the unit. The unit has AC too. It has balcony.
The building has a gym free to use and guest room is available for a fee.
Superstore is very close (5 min drive). A daycare just in front of the building would be available soon (coordinate with manager).
There are some daycares in the street beside the building. There is a pond and park nearby.
The neighborhood is quiet and you don't hear much ambulance and firefighting sirens.
Underground parking is available for a fee (150 CAD) and parking spot in front of the building is 75 CAD.
The building is smoke free but per friendly.
