looking for an introverted, Catlover roommate for my brother.

The room is fully furnished (including desk, chair, bed, closet, kitchen supplies, etc)

This room has huge windows, lots of sunlight
Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher

We would prefer a subtenant who does not hate cats / You would never have to clean the litter nor anything cat related

( My landlord does not allow any more pets , so it’s technically not pet friendly if you have a pet to bring in )
