Looking to share my studio (and all the gear) with a like minded audio engineer or music producer.

This would be ideal for somebody who wants access to high end gear and a well treated room for recording and mixing your project or if you’re an audio engineer or producer, it could be a great place to work with your clients. You could definitely charge a fairly high hourly rate since the audio equipment is some of the best available and because of the acoustic treatment your mixes will translate well.

I currently have another engineer who has the Sunday slot. As well as another guy who has some of the weekday slots.

I’m looking to rent the room out by the day on a monthly basis. For example you could take Saturdays every week or biweekly. Whatever day you choose, you’ll have 24/7 private access. I will provide you with the door codes and the alarm code and add your name to the shared calendar.

All you would need to do is bring your computer and you can plug right into the studio’s monitor controller which will allow you to send headphone signal to the booth. Record the microphone, use the talk back and play audio through the speakers.

Speaker wise there its Neumann kh310’s with a sub, ns10’s and an aurotone cube for mono mixing.

There is also a hardware mastering chain consisting of a better maker stereo eq, SSL g compressor and a Neve orbit summing mixer.

I’m open to any kind of schedule configuration that works for you. If you want to take 2 days a months or 3 days a week. It’s completely up to you. We can figure out a fair rate for you so it’s beneficial for both of us.

Essentially I’m looking to cover my overheads costs and hopefully make some profit as well but am also providing indie friendly pricing.
