Hello! I am a professional woman in my early 50s looking for a quiet, clean 1- or 2-bedroom basement suite to call home, I've been with AHS for 25 years..
I am respectful, responsible, very clean and quiet. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs, and I have an excellent rental history. I have never missed or been late with a rent payment, and I take pride in treating every home as if it were my own.
I am hoping to find a peaceful home with respectful, like-minded homeowners or tenants. Ideally, I would prefer a home without young children living directly above the suite, as I am looking for a quieter living environment.
I am looking for something long-term and would be a very respectful and dependable tenant.
