Hi there I am a 60 yr old non smoker, non drinker on AISH so funds are limited. Looking for accommodations in Stony Plain or possibly Spruce Grove. For years I worked as a resident manager but due to health had to stop. So I would take very good care of your property. I do have a 3 legged yorkie and a cat, house trained. A quiet area and not too many stairs. Prefer with Dishwasher and possible in suite laundry. I currently live on the 3rd floor of a walk up and it is getting harder on the knees so seeking something a little lower. I have to give notice where I currently live that is why I am looking for the end of October or close to. I have great credit and a clear police check.
