Looking for a 5th roommate! Single room available for rent ($1,015/month from May 1st 2026 to May 1st 2027) in a all-girl house located at 252 William Street (EXTREMELY CLOSE TO MAIN CAMPUS!)



Rent includes all utilities, in-unit laundry, and wifi.

House has 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs).

The house is fully furnished, and the room for rent is unfurnished. Ready for you to move in all your things!



Photos 1-3 are of the room available for rent. Photo 1 is furnished (even though the room is unfurnished for rent) to give you reference about the rooms size. Photos 2 and 3 show the closet and door. You will also get your own room key.



Location perks:

- ONLY 1 minute walk away from main campus. Making the house very convenient for getting to class! (especially in the winter months).

- 3 minute walk away from Metro (grocery store) and Queen's main bars/clubs (Stages, Ale House, and Trin).

- We are also only one street away from the ARC (Athletic and Recreation Centre) and Stauffer Library. Which is great for someone who likes the exercise or study!



We are a 4-girl house, and are looking for another girl roommate that is social and kind. We do not have a preference for your year of study (you can be a first year, second, or third year...etc). Three of us are going into 3rd year, and one of us is going into 2nd year.
