Hi I’m looking for someone to lease my private room. The bathroom will be shared with one female the rooms rent is $690 including utilities. This room is on 12 sheffer Terrance next to Assiniboine rd so a 5 min walk to York University. It comes furnished with a bed, table, closet area and mattress.

Looking for :

A female tenant
Preferably a student from York or Seneca
We aren’t pet friendly either

There is no smoking in the premises, no pets & keeping the common areas clean other than that we don’t have house rules as such. This lease is from 1st April to august and can be renewed after. Lmk if you are interested & are interested in viewing!! A short description about yourself will be great!!
