Hello everyone
My Name is Dave and I have decided to put down some permanent roots in Whitehorse. I have been working here for the past year as a Registered nurse and like most others have fallen in love with the place. I have set foot in every province and territory in our county and the Yukon was the last for me to see and it just feels like home. A little about myself - I am a father of two adult boys , an empty nester so to speak. Registered Nurse of 25 years ,professional photographer with a passion for nature photography, you may have seen some of my work on other Facebook pages. Love the outdoors. Hiking, camping, fishing. Single, do not smoke, drink or use substances. No pets and no dependants . I am quiet and clean and seeking the same. I prefer serene and peaceful over busy and chaotic. I am looking for a long term rental as I do not wish to move anytime soon. Im not set on where or what as long as it has a good vibe. Apartment or cabin etc Im not looking for any roommates but If there was significant room and good people who knows.
Needed is a parking spot and room for things like my bike and canoe.Laundry would be a bonus but I have survived with it off site before. I don’t watch TV so I don’t need cable or satellite. If there is cell signal I have my own internet.
I will respect your property as if if it was my own. I am handy so maintenance with approval is possible if needed. Im in no rush so waiting for the right place is not a problem. I am pretty much ready now but Jan 1 would be good timing as well .
