The office is located in the Trainyards area at 720 Belfast Rd. There are two offices in the space. I'm a registered clinical psychologist and I occupy one office, and I'm looking for another health professional to occupy the other office.

Ideally the rental would be full-time (4 or more days) with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

The office is large (over 300 sq ft), furnished and with windows (see photos). The clinic and building are quiet, parking is free and available, and the rent includes internet, utilities, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave, fridge and a printer.

The waiting room is spacious for clients (see last photo).
