We are looking for someone clean,respectful and responsible person to share our home,3 bedroom townhouse furnished bedroom with a full size bed, closet and tv. Internet and air conditioning included.
We share common areas kitchen, bathroom and etc.
We are located in the old town few steps from st. Laurence Market and walking distance to union station, financial district and George Brown college campus.
Supermarket right outside doors and coffee shops, pubs, restaurants.
Room it’s only for a single person no couples, no friends stay over night, no smoking inside we have a garden and patio to do bbq during summer.
First and last requested to move in February 1 or if urgent can arrange to move in before.
