2 private bedrooms in a 3 bedroom basement is available on May 1st. It is located in the prime Renfrew Heights community near Rupert Street and 26th ave. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are spacious and a shared bathroom.

It is in a central location, and close to many nearby shops and other amenities including grocery stores, a community center and public library. It's a short walk to a bus stop and 2 SkyTrain stations:

- 6 min walk (400m)southbound to Rupert street for bus#27 to Joyce Collingwood station (5 min,6 stops).
- Northbound Rupert street on 27th avenue, bus #27 (Kootenay Loop, 7 mins) to Rupert skytrain station.
- Bus #25 King Edward / To Brentwood Station. Bus #25 King Edward / To Nanaimo Station.

We are looking for female student/professional working people who are responsible, respectful, and clean. Each person has her own private room.

Each room is $900 includes utilities, hydro/gas/hot water, washer and dryer (once a week) and internet. There is a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and other utensils in the unit. The bedroom has a closet and is furnished with a bed, dresser and a night table.
