Looking for someone to rent out our second bedroom with your own private bathroom. You will be sharing the apartment with a couple. We are in our early thirties working full time. No pets/couple allowed. The apartment is close to Scotiabank Theatre on burrard street, YMCA, Robson street, Sunset beach, Davie street, etc. Rent is 1400 all utilities included and security deposit is 700. We have in suite laundry, air con, heater, wifi, dishwasher and fireplace. Common area includes a big TV as well.
