This apartemant is located At the heart of North York and right on Yonge st. and 5 mins walking from Finch subway station. Bus stations in front of the building. Wonderful walking area and close to all grocery stores and Centre Point Mall (has Canadian Tire ,Nofrills and Dollarama). You will have a your own full room and washroom for yourself and I have my own room and washroom. We will share the kitchen and living room .I work full-time and study part-time so most of my time is spent in a calm manner.

2. Are you working (company name & address) or student (address).
3.Two pieces of identifications is required (e.g. OHIP and Driving Licence)
•Deposit of $250 for the keys.
•First deposit is required.

• There is nothing you need to bring other than your clothes and toiletries.
