The location is near the Airport (only 6 minutes drive) at the intersection of Eglinton West and Renforth Dr. Convenient transportation, quiet and safe community.

Terms & Conditions:
Looking for only one tenant who is quiet, respectful and clean.
Keep the place neat and tidy.
Light cooking tenant preferred.
No guests/boyfriend/girlfriend night overs allowed (only 2 hours visit allowed).
No pets.
No parties i.e. drinking/smoking.
First and Last month rent, key Deposit $50 in advance.
Minimum 2 months notice before leaving.
