I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the whole townhouse from May. 1 to Aug. 31, you can extend the lease with the landlord after the lease ends ONLY IF YOU RENT THE WHOLE TOWNHOUSE.

I need those documents for application: credit score, photo of ID, financial proof (proof of savings or proof of income or employment letter), first and last months deposit.
