This room is clean, has 2 large size windows opening towards front yard, with good view of trees/flowers and has lot of sunshine/moonlight, view of people/car on Vodden St. East. Washroom has to be shared. This area has nice/clean kitchen and shared laundry room. No smoking, no alcohol, no music.
