The bedroom for rent is the largest of the upstairs bedrooms and has a private large walk-in closet. The room is for a single occupant only. The rent is $840/month plus utilities and internet (utilities approximately $90 per person per month).

Shared kitchen, living area and powder room on the main floor. Shared Laundry room and storage in the basement. House has three parking spots: one on the driveway, one in the garage, and one free visitor/guest parking pass. Only one of the current tenants has a vehicle. Two fridges on the main floor offers ample space for food storage. Pool use available in the summer within the complex.

On bus routes to University of Guelph. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Stone Rd Mall, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and Metro.
