The room has a walk in closet and an ensuite washroom without a shower (the shower is in the other washroom). Ensuite laundry. There’s also a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner. Utilities and highspeed interned included. The bedroom has a table/chair in addition to the bed and dresser. Bedding/ bed cover included. The common area will have a couch and a dining table. Parking can be included for an extra 100$/month. 2 people total will be living in the apartment. No pets or smoking.
