$1100 per month including all utilities. I have parking for 15days for the month for free, and you can also park on the street with my permit.



If staying more than one month, you would pay 1st and Last month.
However if you want to stay for just 1 month, you can pay month to month.

If staying for just few weeks, you can pay for your period of stay.
