We’re looking for one responsible and respectful man or woman to join our shared farmhouse home and small rural household.
Our home is located on Highway 89 between Cookstown and Alliston, about 45 minutes north of Toronto, offering a peaceful countryside setting while still being close to town amenities.
A private bedroom is available May 1, 2026.
Rent is $850/month shared utilities.
The home includes:
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bright sunroom

- Unfurnished bedroom (can be furnished if needed)

This is a quiet rural home best suited for someone who values a calm, respectful living environment. We keep a clean and cooperative household and appreciate housemates who are considerate, communicate well, and contribute to a positive shared space.
We enjoy gardening, caring for chickens, and working on creative projects in our large workshop for arts, crafts, and repairs. The sunroom is a bright shared space that can be used for relaxation or small gatherings. We also have some workout equipment available.
