The room can be furnished similarly as shown or left unfurnished. You will share the main floor's bathroom, kitchen, and living room with me. Landry is in the basement, shared with one more person. There is one cat in the living room—no indoor smoking. There are nice front and back yards and a deck for chilling.
TTC and the corner store are beside the house. There is one possible parking spot. Walking distance to the lakeshore, Lake Ontario, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, and Humber College Lakeshore Campus, with many food and restaurant options.
I seek a clean, respectful, mindful cat-loving roommate to share the main floor. Utilities are not included in the rental price, 1/3 of the cost each at around $100/person/month in the past. Yearly Ontario rent increase regulations around 2.5%/year. No late payment exception. The first and last month's rents are required in advance of moving in. Proof of ID, employment/income, credit and background checks are also required.
