Hi there. I have a large room for rent in the McCowan/Lawrence area. 5 minutes away from STC. The room is fully furnished with a bed, lots of closet space, a tv and desk. Cable, internet, Netflix, Disney are also included. You must be clean, able to provide first & last & must be able to show that you can afford the rent, as I will be doing a background check.
