Looking for a roommate to rent a room in a single story house, rent would be split equally 3 ways cost is 1100$ a month per room plus some for utilities, it’s in a super central location in Langford located off of Jenkins & avrill rd, 5 min walk to multiple grocery stores and any amenities you may need or want. I currently work 5 or 6 days a week and my work hrs range from 8-10 hrs on average. The house has a oven range, stand up washer and dryer, fridge with ice and running water, and lastly a working dishwasher. In the summer time I usually bbq and have a few work friends over on the nice sunny days but you’re more then welcome to join/ hang out with us; or in the common spaces of the house.
