We have a private, single furnished room available. This basement apartment is a quiet, shared living space with other mature students and working professionals (People living here have South Indian descent, 2 men and 1 woman, for people that want to know). While we prefer to rent to another woman so there isn’t an imbalance, this is not mandatory if the person has no criminal background and references for good character. Due to allergies, no pets are allowed, my apologies. Absolutely no smoking will be tolerated on the premises.

Rent Includes Wifi, hydro, electricity, etc. Coin Laundry Available in unit. Kitchenette has no stove, only a hot plate for minor cooking so this place would be best for people that do not cook often. Located on the Intersection -St. Vincent/Livingstone St. E (good residential neighbourhood). Close to several amenities, malls, and grocery stores. It is 2 min walk to bus stops that take you to Georgian College. Setting up a viewing before booking is encouraged.
