I have a fully furnished room in a female-only 2-bedroom apartment in a secure building on Whyte Ave.

The building is just a 10-minute walk and 6-minute bus ride from the University of Alberta and a 5-minute walk from Safeway and Shoppers Drug Mart.

The room is fully furnished with a full double bed, a dresser, a study table and a built-in closet. All utilities (electricity, water, wifi) are included in the rent.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from May to August 2025 with the option to renew the lease after the takeover period.
