The room for rent has an area of 12 square meters closet. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. In the room there are 2 mirrors, a bedframe, a bedside table, and a lamp. The apartment is only shared with me.

It is in a very safe area, with multiple restaurants, a Metro nearby, close to many bus stops, and about 15 minutes away (by bus) from Eglinton station and Eglinton-Yonge center. It is located on Bayview Avenue, between Eglinton and Davisville Avenues (google and you’ll see how cool the place is).

**The mattress, air conditioner, chair, and desk (that is dismounted in the pictures) are for sale. They are from my previous roommate that moved away.
