Looking for a cozy place to stay? I’m renting a fully furnished room in a 2-bedroom semi-basement apartment with lots of light in Villa-Maria, just an 8-9 minute walk from Villa Maria metro station.

The room is available starting December 1st and is ideal for a male college student or young professional. There will be no lease. It is a month-by-month agreement.
