We have private room to rent in a 4 Bedroom Detached house in East Brampton (Airport Road/Bovaird Dr E) available on July 15th, 2025 (date is flexible for right candidate)

Shared areas include The kitchen, living room, dining room and a partial washroom on the main floor and a laundry room and a full washroom on the 2nd floor where all the private rooms are located.

The legally finished basement is occupied by me and my wife.

Included: all home appliances (stove, microwave, oven, fridge, washer, dryer) and some furniture like family room couch, if required.

Rent is $650 per private room for a single person occupancy

Parking is subject to availability on the driveway (total 4 car parking available to occupants of the private rooms -for family size cars , NO TRUCKS OR VANS)

Utilities (hydro, gas and water, high-speed internet) are extra----utility costs would be shared based on number of tenants occupying the house

NON-SMOKING AND NO-PETS.

Required: First/Last month rent , credit report and reference from the current employer and current landlord, and background checks.

Ideally, looking for a single working professional who can keep the house clean.

Walking distance to a bus stop, about 10 mins drive to 410 and 407. There are many amenities at walking distance such as major banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, Tim Hortons, Fortinos, and many more
