and the property is a newly renovated one. No one has lived there after the renovation. We have just purchased this Property and looking for nice quiet, very clean, non-smoker & respectful female tenant. Perks of renting this property:

3. Room can be furnished with a double bed, mattress, computer desk and chair.
4. Personal own half bathroom just beside your room.
5. Extra storage space (for bulky luggage, bike, summer tire etc) will be provided for keeping your room space free.
6. Central AC and heating. Have extra baseboard heating for basement if needed during Winter.
7. In house laundry
8. Jami Omar Mosque within 4mins walking distance.
9. Bus Stop within 3 min walking distance.
10. If you love hiking or biking, the trail begins right from your door. Sarsaparilla Trail, Chipmunk Trail, Lime Kiln Trail, Jack Pine Trail, Stony Swamp, NCC trail 24, Greenbelt Pathway West to Shirley's Bay and more.
11. Common space cleaning, garbage throwing and snow cleaning will be done by landlord.

Things we are looking into and NO EXCEPTION:
1. Non-smoker, no drinking alcohol, no party & no drugs.
2. No pets allowed.
3. No guest allowed at any point of the time.
4. Quiet, respectful & reasonable.
5. Have to be extremely CLEAN.

Please Note:
1. Viewing will be available from 24th April 2024 any time during weekend and anytime after 5:30pm during weekday.
2. First month and last month's payment will be required if you are accepted as a tenant. Last month's money will be kept as a security deposit.
3. We do not want to go for any contract because we need to stay and see how things go. If we or the tenant is not comfortable, there will be one month notice period from either the tenant or the landlord.
4. There is no parking available at the moment.
