I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 1st. 775/month (all utilities and wifi included). It’s a fully furnished private bedroom in a 6-bedroom apt with two bathrooms. All the roommates are really great and friendly. 5-min walk from Concordia metro/ university and right down the street from PA grocery store! I am leaving because I am moving in with a friend so I need someone to take over the lease starting Dec 1 but move-in date is flexible :) Lease goes until Sep 1 2025. DM if interested! :))
