Looking for a female roommate for a room in a recently renovated apartment. 10 minutes walking distance from uOttawa, on the 10th floor (elevator in the building). There’s a bathroom across the hall from the room, with the only shower being in it (there’s 2 bathrooms in the apartment but the other one is attached to the larger room and doesn’t have a shower). Ensuite laundry. There’s also a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner. Bedding/ bed cover included. The common area will have a couch and a dining table. Highspeed internet and utilities included. Parking can be included for an extra 100$/month. 2 people total will be living in the apartment. No pets or smoking.
