I have a furnished room in the basement for rent. Room is for male only. The house is in Downsview area, on Grandravine Dr (in the middle of Jane, Sheppard, Finch and Keele). Bus 106 in front of the house go directly to Sheppard West Station.
You have to share washroom, kitchen and laundry with 2 other rooms. No pets or smoking. Students and working persons are welcomed.
The rooms are immediately available. Parking is available with extra $50 a month.
