Hello!! I'm looking to sublease or lease transfer my room starting in January (start and end dates are flexible). I have a lovely spacious room, which will come fully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with one other girl. We also have a balcony overlooking a beautifal shared garden. The rent will include all utilities.

My apartment building has a gym, couche-tard, subway, and study room!

We are less than a 5 minute walk from McGill, a 10 minute walk from Peel metro station, and have a bus stop right outside the building. There are many restaurants a few minute walk away, and it is in the heart of downtown Montreal!
