The landlord do not live in this house, but we are reachable if you need anything. The house is in a very quiet residential area called Ville St-Laurent in the north west of Montreal. We are near metro Du college on the orange line and several bus that takes you around the city.
We are 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall with a provigo, pharmaprix, starbucks, subway, T&T and other shops.
