The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and chair, and the room is carpeted. The shared living area is also fully furnished with a sofa, table, and TV. The kitchen comes with a stove, fridge, microwave, and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom will be shared with the other occupant.

The building offers great amenities, including a gym, party area, and study space. Your roommate is a working professional, very quiet, clean, and friendly, making it an ideal living arrangement.

The room is available starting January 1. Showings can be arranged after 6 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends.
