Cozy Pet Friendly Bedroom Available in a 2-Bedroom 1000 SQFT Apartment

I am currently looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment. The place is quite big 1000 sqft with shared bathroom and living room and kitchen. Already comes with furniture that you are welcome to use but if you want to bring your own we can definitely make it work. The bedroom currently only have a bed with bedsheets and pillows and blankets (if you want to use your own, that's ok too).

You must be ok with animal specifically cats because I have two cats right now. If you have a pet, they are more then welcome to stay here and we can talk it out with the landlord.

Rent it 900$ paid on the first of each month, and damage deposit is one month worth of rent. We will share electricity bills which comes to about 40$ per person each months. Wifi, water and heat is included in the rent. December rent will be paid for by me so if you want to move in early December you don't have to pay that month's rent
