I am looking to rent a bedroom in my two bedroom condo at 40 Regency Park Drive. Rent includes private room (with bed, dresser, tv, lamps, desk and chair), full private washroom, an outdoor parking spot, shared use of kitchen, dining room and living room. Rent includes all utilities including internet.

40 Regency has a beautiful swimming pool and a gym with his and hers saunas. It is located very close to Bayers Lake and has immediate access Highway 102. The condo is equipped with a washer / dryer and a dishwasher.

I’m a 35 year old male. I have a small sheltie dog, so you must like dogs! Partiers are not welcomed. Please respond to this ad if you are interested in renting this private room and bathroom. Thank you!
