If you’re a quiet,respectful ,clean and tidy you will get along well with the other roommates . Basic utilities are included in rent ( hydro,laundry and water). Quiet time after 11pm and no visitors and parties allowed. Comes with a bed. Other roommates are guys so might not be ideal for girl tenants.
