RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant, landlords are kind and productive.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guidelines because the unit was lived in before November 15, 2018

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, potential credit check, first and last months rent.
