2 rooms are located in Pineridge in a frieandly place on 60 St NE both of them on the mainfloor.
3 rooms located in Heritage (Just 15 minutes of walking from C-train). 2 on the mainfloor one in the basement.
1 more room coming up later in Temple are that room will be in the basement.

Rent prices all are aound 500$ all utilities and internet are included in rent.
All places comes with security deposits, SECURITY DEPOSIT IS SAME LIKE A RENT.
First agreements will be short for landlord to know you better and for you to decide if you like this place or not.
There are no specific houses. Ppl that living there are different. Everywhere.
Each place has it's own schedule for viewing, please be respectful to other people time and privacy, if you booked an appoitment, please, be kind to came on time.
