This is a 6 bedroom, 2 and half bathroom home in Dorval. There are several rooms available since two roommates are leaving this summer.

Rent is roughly 400, utilities are roughly $64.81 monthly. The room is not furnished. The space is very affordable for students. We’re currently 5 young students/workers, French and English, male & female, lgbt friendly. We are exclusively looking for young adults (under 30).

Located in a peaceful Dorval neighborhood, on the north side of the 20. Direct access to 2 bus lines, taking you to Dorval terminal or Fairview. Plenty of parking if you have a car.

You have the choice of an upstairs or downstairs room. The room will be empty and clean upon move-in. We have 2 large living rooms, big kitchen, garage, backyard, two driveways, 3 bathrooms, a back and front porch, lots of space! There’s a number of grocery stores and convenience stores nearby.
