the lease would be 3 months from june 1 2024 - aug 31 2024 (with the option for renewal). this is a student building, so preference will be given to students.

-$999/room/month
-fully-furnished with all utilities wifi included
-location: on peel st, just one minute from the metro and a 5-10 minute walk to mcgill & concordia
-building amenities include a gym, movie room, study room, bike/storage room, and laundry
