-House has 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, small workout area/rec room, laundry room.
-Min 6 month lease agreement or month-to-month at ($1000/m).
-First and Last rent deposit upfront.

House Rules:
-Share house cleaning duties.
-Wash dishes after you use them so they are available to other roommates.
-No overnight guests, drugs or smokers.

About us:
We are 3 guys in a 4 bedroom house. We are in our 30's and work full-time. We are quiet, clean, respectful, kind and fun. We are looking to add another male to the house who enjoys doing stuff together like working out, cooking, watching movies, playing games, camping and enjoys any male bonding activities.
